Introducing a remarkable affordable homeownership project in the vibrant Overtown area of the City of Miami. Our development is designed with community and convenience in mind, offering a mix of unit types to accommodate a diverse range of residents. Each floor features a thoughtful layout of ten units, comprising one 1-bedroom, seven 2-bedroom, and two 3-bedroom residences, tailored to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families alike.
The ground floor sets this project apart, with spacious Live-Work Units that span 3,000 square feet. These innovative spaces include two 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom units, providing ample room for both living and entrepreneurial activities, fostering a unique blend of personal and professional life.
In total, the development boasts 53 units, all constructed with the goal of promoting affordable homeownership.
